Welcome to the Lil Champs Program

Our LI’ll Champs Program is designed for kids ages 4 through 7 years old to set your child up for success inside and outside of our karate school. We not only teach Martial Arts but life skills including: Integrity, Respect, and Confidence. Through our Belt testing we teach. Our students to set and achieve their goals. Our class is led by professional about helping children be the best they can in Martial Arts and LIFE!

Program Goals

• Improve agility and coordination

• Develop life skills like confidence, discipline and integrity

• Increase cognitive ability: focus, memorization and concentration

• Develop respect for instructors and peers

• Learn Martial Arts and Self Defense Techniques

Curriculum Includes

• Fundamental Martial Arts techniques

• Overview of Self Defense Principles and Situations

• Coordination Drills and interactive games

• Monthly activity sheets which emphasize a new life skill each month

• Introduction to core concepts of technique

• Quarterly Belt Test
